We’re seeking a creative Interior Designer to develop concepts, prepare drawings and 3D visuals, coordinate with clients and contractors, and manage project timelines while ensuring quality, functionality, and aesthetic excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
  • Prepare design presentations, including mood boards, material selections, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations.
  • Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications for project execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent and quality are achieved.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure work aligns with approved plans.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field.

Job Description

We’re looking for a responsible Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities, ensure quality and safety compliance, coordinate with teams, manage progress reports, and deliver projects according to schedule and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all site activities to ensure work is carried out according to design plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Monitor progress and quality of workmanship throughout all stages of construction or renovation.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and the design team to resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Verify measurements, materials, and installation works according to approved drawings.
  • Generate weekly site progress reports for each project and management on current status.
  • Prepare daily site reports and highlight potential delays or issues.
  • Assist in scheduling, quality control, and handover preparation upon project completion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in site supervision (interior or renovation projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
