• The whole renovation process is pretty smooth as the end to end process from discussing about the design plan to the renovation completion took place faster than what we expected.
• Winny has been very approachable, friendly and responsive in addressing our concerns. She has also been providing us valuable advice in terms of designing and suggestions to even smaller details (e.g. what kind of lights to use that will make the room more cozy; what kind of curtains to use that suits the design of the house; what kind of loose items to purchase for decorative, but also for functional use).

We stumbled across Winny’s work on XHS and after contacting a few IDs, we decided to engage Winny. It was definitely one of the best decisions that we have ever made. Here’s why:

- She was very approachable and took time to understand our lifestyle and the styles that we like before coming up with the proposal.
- Insisted on meeting up face to face for discussion even before we confirm her. I know many others who wouldn’t layan you at this point unless you confirm them.
- Very responsive throughout the whole reno. Confirm won’t MIA on you.
- Did much more without expecting anything in return (but don’t take advantage of her k!). These r not required of her but she did it willingly.
- Best part: She help us to save. How? Contact her and you will know.
- Overall her design was very satisfactory and took into account all our needs and wants. The end product was way better than what we expected it to be, even better than the 3D.

Tbh, we have read many stories on XHS about how people were cheated by their ID/contractor whom they engage on XHS. We are truly blessed to have found the right ID for our home and will surely recommend WDS to all our friends. As we have said earlier, you are more than an ID, you are a friend. 🫶🏻

I engaged Winny to be my ID for my new home, and overall very satisfied. One of her specialties is that she knows how to balance between styling and the practicality of the design then customised it according to my family’s lifestyle. She is also super patient with all the ideas I had and advised me with honest opinions (pros cons) before made a final decision. Not just that, she also continues to help my family to choose furnitures, color matching, shared useful contacts and so on.
